The Spear Programme could be for you!
Spear will equip you with with the vital skills, confidence and mindset to succeed in long-term employment.
The programme is a 4 week course and runs six times a year on Tuesdays - Thursdays.
After completing the course there’s amazing ongoing support from our Spear team to help you in work or education.
